The hospital records would show whether or not this medication was given and for what reason. It is doubtful that there are any notes in your chart about what you or the nurse said to each other. Yes. The doctor has the right to discontinue his/her service for nonpayment.

In a med practice do all owners have to be M.D.s? Do they have to be Board Cert?

To own shares of a professional medical practice, the shareholders must be licensed physicians. They do not have to be board certified.

Without seeing the medical records, it is impossible to say. However,

most attorneys will not take medical malpractice cases for dental injuries absent permanent nerve damage, brain damage or death.

Q: What is the law regarding tubal ligation? Can doctor perform tubal if consent was only signed minutes before procedure?

Originally signed consent only weeks before had a c-section but then informed Dr. I didn't want tubal done. Dr. informed me day of procure if I did not have tubal done he would not give me birth control or do procedure later.

Consent must be knowingly made. If this was done just minutes before the procedure and you were on painkillers already, there may be an issue that you can pursue.
