In some states, you can obtain a legal injunction against this type of harassment. Check with an Indiana lawyer to see if something like that is available.

Q: Can I sue if my son as concussion?

Can I sue if my son has a concussion? My son was hurt in church van, speed limit 35 and yet he has a concussion, other kids telling him to slow down but kept speeding, slammed on the brakes so he wouldn't hit a car and son face hit the glass so hard that it busted his nose.

Personal injury, kids present, their presence was not documented in police report. My attacker was not arrested. This was not a domestic violence issue.

All lawsuits take time. This is especially true with complex litigation and drug liability cases are among the most complex, especiallu since it is a class action. I am sorry that I cannot give you a more specific response.

You may be able to make a claim against the owner of the building where work was being performed. You also should file a claim against the builder anyway.
