You do legal research at a local law library. You look up the ACLU, the Innocence Project, and the Southern Poverty Law Center online and start reading about this topic.

Q: Does this violate my constitutional rights?

I was arrested and charged with Terroristic Threatening 1st degree, and the judge told me that I was not allowed to have any firearms in my possession. Is this a violation of my 2nd Ammendment rights?

No. It is a standard condition of probation, and it is also a felony for a convicted felon to be in possession of a firearm, most likely.

By statute. Look into restoration of rights in your state by doing a simple internet search about it.
