I was arrested and charged with Terroristic Threatening 1st degree, and the judge told me that I was not allowed to have any firearms in my possession. Is this a violation of my 2nd Ammendment rights?

No. It is a standard condition of probation, and it is also a felony for a convicted felon to be in possession of a firearm, most likely.
I need to know if I can own a firearm. Ian pretty sure I can but I don't want to waste my money on a ccdw permit if I can't own a firearm.
