One can understand your frustration over having someone poke around your phone without your permission. Yes, theoretically you could sue. You can sue. Anyone can sue. Whether there is a meritorious suit is a different issue.

I doubt any lawyer would take it.

And you really have no damages

You would need to obtain a copy of the watch list to prove the person is actually on it. Next, you would need to prove what damages are being suffered by the person on the watch list.

Yes. The minor has no status to give and receive property if his parents oppose the gift.

Q: Is it legal for the house arrest guy to refuse to put on my house arrest bracelet after the judge ordered it.

No. It is a dereliction of duty and punishable by contempt if the judge ordered it and he fails to do it.

More information is needed to properly answer your uestion, but generally speaking, unless they have a warrant permitting recording ( which is highly unlikely), it is illegal.

If they didn’t have a search warrant and you didn’t give consent to enter and search, then you have an unlawful search and seizure.

Q: What does "Well Regulated" mean in the 2nd Amendment?

Does it mean regulated as in laws by Congress or regulated as in regular or in working order based on historical context?

Of course, it is a subject question open to interpretation but I would argue it is an equal interpretation of both. It takes progressive regulation by the legislature as well as progressive thinking and implementation by society at large.
