When you are charged with any crime, you need to secure the services of a private criminal defense attorney. These cases are generally handled by perhaps a diversion program. You need to get to a local attorney to find out how they are handled in your area.

The facts and the opinion of the prosecutor. Did you mean 1st degree burglary, or 1st burglary, it would be a first burglary if the defendant had no prior burglary charges, obviously.

Generally, a conviction for a misdemeanor will not be an automatic removal of the right to bear arms. But you did not say there was a conviction.

Q: Loaned a pressure washer and battery charger to someone who then sold it . What can I do?

It is probably a crime, report it to the police. You did not give him permission to sell the items.

Why isn't your brother asking this question? Basically, he probably needs to get to an attorney to write a demand letter, perhaps informing his ex that she can be civilly prosecuted for theft, conversion, and replevin.

Q: can you be released on 3 different bonds for the same charge?

My boyfriend was areested for theft of a controlled substance when the judge let him out on bond he had to have a 5000 surety bond as well as MCR bond AND a ancle monitor/ house arrest is this legal?

Date? What is your definition of date? Does it include sexual intercourse? If so, perhaps you could get charged with something. If not, then probably not.

You can always hire an attorney, and have them ask permission to substitute as counsel for the previous attorney. The court may allow it, or may refuse, if the judge believes the substitution should not occur.
