A crime has to be handled where it was committed, not where the defendant resides. Get a private criminal defense attorney in KY for this matter.

Q: Why aren't active arrest warrants public information in Georgetown, Scott County, Ky?

I called the Ky State police and was told I couldn't have the information unless I was the person with the warrant. Or have been miss informed?

Not enough facts here for a meaningful answer. Basically, you should do an internet search for age of consent in KY. Parents cannot possibly consent to criminal behavior. And what do you mean by "have a relationship?"

No, no, no. Theft is actionable in criminal court. She needs to get a criminal defense attorney on her side. Before she has someone post more questions on the internet which admit guilt she should seek the advice of a local criminal defense attorney.

It was never attempted to serve me with a criminal complaint summons for a misdemeanor from June 2013 until I was served in August 2015. How do I get proof of that to take to court with me?

He needs to get a permit for this, a license to carry concealed weapons. This would fall under the category of "about his person". Do an internet search for carrying a concealed weapon in Kentucky.
