Q: I was involved in an accident, convicted &paid restitution & now am being sued for the damages that restitution covered

You need to hire an attorney to assist you. I know you are worried about finances, but there are attorneys who could assist you. You should look into the Arch Defenders or the LSEM.

I'm sorry that you cannot afford an attorney. If you explain your situation to the judge, they will often give you more time to get it figured out.

Q: Is a person driving with out insurance always at fault

We were passing through a intersection and got hit by some1 running a red I was injured my friend whose car i was riding in was uninsured is he at fault can I make a claim against the Guy who hit us

Yes, you can make a claim against the person who ran the red light. I cannot say, however, whether or not you would have a good case against said person without seeing the police report.

Sorry to hear about this.

The family should talk to a health care of guardianship lawyer about their rights and options. If the wife can be shown to be mentally unfit to make decisions, it may be possible to have someone else appointed to that capacity.

Q: I threw a can out my window a lady got my license plthenumber and said it hit her car now I have trial.. what do I do???

they have no evidence I did it but I pled guilty to throwing it out of my car there is no evidence it hit her car and I didn't see it hit her
