Q: I backed into my neighbors truck in our shared driveway that shouldn't have been there. Who's fault?

5:30 am, dark. Using my side mirror to follow a line. Did not see truck.

Get a ticket lawyer for this. I had a case about 20 years ago, kinda like this, that I won.

Q: My medical expenses are $20,000. What does it mean, $40,000 over and about medical expenses?

From an auto accident. Does it mean they are asking for $40000 and we take the medical expenses out of that?
