Q: My 19 year old niece is being charged with receiving of stolen goods.should she get a lawyer

She did not do it her friend did and blamed it on her. she has a warrant for her arrest and needs to turn herself in, In the morning. what are the penalities she could receive for this?

The short answer is YES. If she cannot afford one, she may work with the public defender.
