The Court held that government cannot punish inflammatory speech unless that speech is directed to inciting, and is likely to incite, imminent lawless action.

Unless an attorney already knows the answer to this overbroad question, he will have to do research and at least look up the statute and the cases under the statute. That is not done for free on the internet. It is not a basic legal question.
