If the place you are moving is far enough away to interfere with your current custody orders, you have to get the court to change the order. You can't just tell him you are moving if the move will interfere with your custody orders.
And was I supposed to have a lawyer of my choosing there to go through everything with me before or during the signing?

Charge was under $400. Over 10 years ago. Never had any more trouble afterwards, not even a parking ticket. I would like to be eligible for a sentry pass.
