Q: What should I do after my home security cams capture 4 dog pee intrusive in a day at my front yard?

Dogs owners walk their dogs, then allow and watch their dogs intrusion on private property and pee on my lawn in my front yard. My home security cams captures 4 instances in a day. What should I do to prevent this repeatedly happen?

You should contact the animal protection officers in fairfax and tell them what is going on and show them the proof you have

They can go talk to them about stopping the behavior or charge them under the county code

Q: i got a court date for driving with expired DL in herndon, VA.

Dmv Appointment is already booked before my dl expired, but dmv appointment i got is after my dl my expiration date.

You should contact clerk to continue your case until after a date you go to dmv to fix license OR when you go to court take proof of date your dmv appt is set for and ask judge to continue case until after that date.

Q: Can I go to jail if I have to go to court for domestic abuse?

My girlfriend called the cops on me and showed a bruise on her face saying that I had hit her. I was taken to the detention center were I was given a restraining order not to speak to her for 3 days. I have court on Monday about the case. I want to know if I can go to jail?

I have a restricted license. I put on the paper I am looking for a job. If I do get a job do i need permission still to go to work. Please send answers

In VA, these are the only things you can drive forAnd even then it is only the things on this form that a judge

approved

Q: I had received reckless by speeding ticket. 98/70 This happened in VA. Is there a way I can push my court date up?

You can file a motion to continue in advance of court date to ask for a later date or request a continuance in advance to clerk. Whether you have to appear in person or by phone or video for the request depends on what county the ticket is in and what their procedures are in that clerks office.... View More
