It is necessary to have the Mother execute a Power of Attorney as well as a Temporary Custody Agreement.

The Mother can be sanctioned if she is held in Willful Contempt of Court. There needs to be a Court Order which grants telephonic communication and holiday visitation. If she then intentionally fails to comply, then sanctions such as makeup visitation and attorney's fees may be imposed.

Your parents can adopt your child, but only if the other side consents to the Adoption.
