Q: Must other driver’s insurance pay for damage to my unoccupied second vehicle that was uninsured?

My second vehicle was parked on the street and was not occupied. Another driver crashed into my vehicle causing a lot of damage. The other driver does have insurance. It does sound like you have a Workers' Compensation Claim.
