Agreed with Ms. Amos and Mr. Klema on all points but one. Though you do technically have 6 months to respond to an office action, the USPTO only gives you 3 months for response to an office action. Mr. Flynn is correct. Upon review of the file wrapper (i.e., all of the documents filed with the application so far), the application appears to have been filed with the assignment. TI filed as the applicant and two inventors signed the declaration and assignment on Jan. 25, 2018 in that filing.... View More
