This answer will depend on how the Warranty Deed to the house is titled and if your mother has a last will and testament or not. I would recommend that you have a consultation with an Estate Planning/Probate Attorney for more accurate information.

It depends on whether you would like to pay your self-employment taxes yourself or through a business. Additionally, you will need to consider liability protection that is available through the business entity you choose.

A trust can be created in Florida and should you move to Texas, an attorney in Texas can review the Trust to make sure it complies with their laws. If certain sections do not comply with Texas laws, those sections can be amended.
