Q: My husband died June 6th 2020 at Trousdale.. because no medical attention.. could I please join the families in this

June 6th 2020 there was a massive fight and guards fearful off their life and under staff medical team

My husband got hit in the chest and medical attention took their time getting to him fearful of their own life. They said he died of heart attack but this is not sitting right with me .

Q: i parked in a parking lot for trucks that cost $10.00 , now some security company is trying to get $700.00 dollars from

me..is their a law backing this up? I offered to pay the $10,$20 even $30 dollars, !! No,they say I owe 700 dollars!! Happen in Memphis TN!!

Send them proof (photos, e.g.) showing the listed rate was $10 per day, as well as any proof (GPS data, bills of lading or gas receipts) that it was not parked there beyond the day. Hang on to copies for the unlikely event that they take you to court.

Q: i am someone's power of attorney and he has been sentenced to 7 years in prison. he get social security. but he lost his

cards and doesnt know what account his check is supposed to go in.

Contact the local Social Security Administration office. Make sure to have the Power of Attorney (or POA) ready to send to them to prove you have the individual's authority to make the inquiry. You should also be able to access all of his bank accounts with the POA.
