Q: If my landlord terminate my lease does it affect your credit

If my Landlord terminates my lease because of a lease violation ( though I do have proof that the accusation is false) will it hurt my credit? At this point I’m sick of my landlord and their management company and I want to get out.

Q: I am considering bankruptcy on balances of high interest accounts. Can I get help doing it on my own.

One account is a lease for a photo printer. $800 the printer was damaged in our last hurricane and trashed by accident now client wants to pick up printer or be paid can I be arrested?

Usually, you can find an attorney that may be able to help you. Doing it on your own can affect potential assets, cash, items you own, or collection items. It is best to hire an attorney rather than doing it on your own so the adequate protections available to a debtor are used in the petition.
