Q: If you took a line and had poor judgement but it was date rape drug and you were in and out of consciousness cops did

Cops did not make a report it was a sheriff dressed in green uniform and my story was told in lobby not confidential with by standers nearby why would this happen ? Rape I believe was recorded also.

Most California criminal statutes require that the accused had criminal specific intent when committing a crime. If you were involuntarily intoxicated due to a date rape drug, then that is a valid defense against almost every type of criminal charge.
