also my father is living in the home which is part of the trust and not paying rent and using trust money to fix the house up as he is buying it. they are also paying all bills for the home from the trust so my portion keeps dwindeling.

Having waited 4 years to assert your rights, no doubt your father thinks he can do as he wishes. You need to hire a lawyer to petition the Probate Court to compel an accounting and question why your father is taking his time to distribute. No threats to dad. Just hire an lawyer.
We are going through a probate and it is near the end my sister and I are not happy with our lawyers so we're going to file a substitute of attorney with them I need to know how I can get my sisters substitute of attorney filed in California because she lives in Arizona

Have your sister sign a California form entitled Substitution of Attorney where applicable, you sign the same form and your present attorney signs where applicable. When completed, send it to the court clerk where the Probate action is pending with a copy and a self addressed envelope back to you.
