Q: I have been married for 24 years and left about 3 years due to physical and mentsl abuse. Can I get spousal support?

I have been with him for 34 years I am unemployed and he keeps locking and throwing me out of our home which I am on the deed. i came home because i wanted to see if we could go to counsling but he refuses and his anger is worse i have been homeless for the last 2 years he brings me back ti throw me out every 3 days or so he also own his own business whch i helped him start i put 300,000 in it from my retirement i have been phyically,mentally and verbally abuse the intire 34 yearsNo police reports have been made but have pictures and verbal confeessions from him. I can't afford a attorny and need help I have not a penny to my name. Our home has value of like 200,000 and we own cars that are paid off he file chapter 13 about 3 years ago so I have no credit. please tell what to do?
