Q: Can my spouse move into my apartment? She has poor credit and wouldn't be approved

So long as your lease doesn't have a 'maximum occupancy' limit or something similar that would EXCLUDE a 'roommate', AND provided that the place is large enough to accommodate an additional person, you can move whomever you want into a residential dwelling so long as YOU have the right to do so.
BUT it matters what the lease says. Without seeing that, it is impossible to provide a 'yes or no' answer to your question! I'd recommend taking the lease to a local attorney to review it and provide a real opinion!
