San Jose, CA asked in Civil Rights and Employment Law for California

Q: can anyone recommend a civil rights attorney in the bay area with moxie who still believes the client comes first.

I need an attorney to represent me in my Civil Complaint for wrongful termination. Discrimination, retaliation,Defamation of character disability discrimination. first attorney I hired didn't tell me he was pro-union attorney, my case is against my former employer and union, he omitted the union from the complaint, and 9 defendants from employer. need to amend complain to include employer defendant to late for union, hired another attorney, who was no different from the last one, I won't go into details because i will spare them the embarrassment. The Last attorney informed me of a settlement offer, Will not settle until my complaint is amended with the truth and the defendants that seriously injured me included in complaint, I want restitution not just a settlement. I need an attorney with some freaking integrity.
