Decatur, GA asked in Employment Law and Employment Discrimination for California

Q: hello is it illegal for me to obtain information from a lawyer when I have one? I believe my attorney is being unethical

I have asked him on several occasions to clarify somethings and he just ignores me. He wants me to settle a employment case for 45,000 of which he gets 45% plus fees and cost. His cost are 9k 4902.00$ of which is he requiring I pay a contract attorney he had working the case because he was "to busy" and the other 3500.00$ of it out of pocket cos which I agree he is entitled to! please help.
