Q: Will an arrest in MO show on a background screen in NY if it has not yet been resolved?
I was arrested for a felony marijuana possession that will be dropped to a misdemeanor bc of incorrect weighing and need to fill out a background screening to volunteer to teach religion. Will a MO, unresolved, arrest show on the screen in NY?
