Asked in Banking, Business Law and Consumer Law for California

Q: I want to use my cousins American account to receive funds for online transactions.

I run an online business, My company is registered in Nairobi-Kenya. The only payment portal acceptable is Paypal but it forces customers to sign up to make a purchase. I want to use Stripe but I need an American bank account. Is it possible to get my cousin who lives in California to receive the funds for the purchases in his bank account and then wire transfer the money to me in Kenya?

What are the tax implications for him?

Thank you
