Q: How can I fight for my rights at a job I recently got terminated from? If I didn't sign I wouldn't receive my last check

I was called into the managers office, I was told I was getting a warning because of attendance, I told them I always gave them Drs notes of why I had to miss work, also they would always ask me for exact details of why I would miss work or leave early, since I started at that job, they supposedly work with your availability. I left my second job because I was promised full time, more pay, and work with my availability. I always told them there was 1 specific day I couldn't work, they told me to find a day care or babysitter, I don't trust day cares and don't trust anyone but my parents to watch my child. For a few months I had a fixed schedule but then again recently it was changed to where it ended up to termination. I thought the way they fired me was the most rudest and cruel way ever. Managers at that community say they work with your availability. That was an honest lie!
