Q: My wife whom i am separated from has been harassing me. What are my options?
She keeps calling my job non stop. She even dropped our 4 year old son of at my job and left, even after i told her not too. She then returned to take him back just minutes later. Her goal is to provoke me into getting into an argument with her in public. I was over at my brothers house and she showed up and tried to rip the tags off of my vehicle . While she was doing so she cut her hand then called cops and claimed that my brother and I tried to beat her up and that we cut her. She stalks me as well. She always knows where i am and even who i am seeing and i have no social media and i have a cellphone on my parents account. Please i need help and dont know what to do . Everything she does, she does it in such a way that there is no proof! Im at my wits end.
A: Really? If she is doing it in such a way that there is no proof - then she's likely not doing anything wrong. For example - the license plate incident. If she tried to rip it off to the point she cut her self - it'd be bent and likely have blood on it. Any officer would be able to clearly see that. If it wasn't bent or had blood on it - your story likely didn't occur exact the way you are telling it. If you are being harassed - call local law enforcement or go to your local magistrate and swear out a warrant. You likely need to simply start videoing her every time she shows up. Had you done that - the license plate incident would have been a no brainer and she be the one in jail for injury to personal property. Just stick that phone in her face, start recording non-stop until she leaves (save every recording) and dare her to touch you. If she does - go swear out a DVPO. That will likely put a stop to her crap or give you the evidence you need to have her put away.
