A: There are several interesting legal issues here. What was the partnership agreement's conditions on what happens in the event of a death? Was there any consideration given to whom your partner's share of the business will go to? Was their share to be assumed by their estate? Is he interfering with your business or simply managing his wife's estate's interests? It might become a criminal matter depending on how he behaves, but right now get yourself a lawyer that handles these types of business affairs. If the phone is registered to the partnership just ask the cellular phone service provider to forward the calls to you.
