Q: Car switched lanes in front of me with no warning on blinker. Insurance is claiming I'm 50% responsible is that right?
It’s not that easy.
More info needed.
What does your ins co say?
Call local lawyer for consultation and show him police report
A: Insurance company is right only if you agree----if you do not agree (and I think you should not agree based on what you have written), then you should contact a few accident/injury lawyers----most will provide a free consult----and then hire the one with whom you are most comfortable to fight the insurance company's determination. Good luck.
