Hello on Sept 17,2021. Two of my personal vehicles and my sons truck he was test drive for the week but was in were involved in a hit and run . The driver took off and they found the vehicle a couple of streets down and 2 houses from were they live. Police report was done. Sept 20 is when I spoke with the adjuster then Jan 3rd he said case is closed. Due to they can't get ahold of the driver or the claimant holder. I recently saw the truck that caused the hit-and-run run and it's fixed. So what would be my next step . My sons truck in totaled my car has bumper is messed up and my truck witch was pushed more then 10 feet on the brake and emergency brake has front and back bumper damage and window damage. My truck drove that day of accident started to smell burned rubber was about to get home and it died my son and I have to push it about a block home. A friend has been letting me use his car for the meantime and Imother 5 I depend on my vehicles to get them to and from school 15
A: A Texas attorney could advise best but your question remains open for three weeks. You could place the matter into suit, or contact an attorney to do so.
