A: You need to locate and consult with a personal injury attorney regarding the knee injury. That attorney should be able to assist you with any legal claim to be made against the train company, if one exists.

As to the harassing conduct in the hospital, far more would need to be known about your situation to tell you if you have any kind of legal claim. Rude, abrasive and other forms of conduct that some people would call harassment is often not unlawful. You will need to share your experiences with an attorney to learn if what you have experienced gives you legal rights.

Finally, in this world of technology, electronic tracking of people on their phones or internet activity is not unusual and often not unlawful. Whether what you are experiencing is unlawful cannot be determined based on your post. Again, specifics will need to be shared with an attorney.

Locate and consult confidentially with an attorney about the specifics of your situation.

Good luck to you.

A: You need assistance immediately - insurance companies will use any delay against you. The basic idea with harassment is if you can't easily escape the situation (like a job, or an apartment, or the HOSPITAL) you can have a claim. Any tracking of devices or hacking can be the subject of a lawsuit as well. You need to move quickly with an attorney that will fight for your rights and won't get paid unless you win (contingency).

Move now.
