A: Whether you can still pursue a claim against your husband for a larger share of the house proceeds depends on several factors, including the terms of your divorce settlement, the applicable laws in your state, and the specific circumstances of your case.

In general, once a divorce settlement has been finalized, it can be difficult to change the terms of the agreement. However, if there was misconduct or fraud on the part of your husband in the divorce proceedings, you may be able to challenge the settlement and seek a more favorable outcome.

Regarding the house your husband purchased in Arizona, whether or not you are entitled to a share of that property depends on the laws of the state in which it was purchased, as well as the terms of your divorce settlement.

It's important to speak with an experienced family law attorney who can review the specific details of your case and advise you on your legal options. They can help you understand the laws that apply to your situation, evaluate the strength of your case, and assist you in pursuing any legal claims you may have.
