A: you need to consult with a local lawyer asap.......

you want to lock in the evidence, wit statements, obtaining pictures etc

this is not my area of law (PI/DUI) and I am not sure how strong a case you might have.

if it is not strong enough you may have a challenge finding a lawyer to handle it on a contingency, rather than an hourly.

What are your damages? did you seek any professional assistance?

A: I understand that you are considering filing a lawsuit against 7 Oaks for racial slurs that were directed towards you in the Grand Island pool area. It is understandable that you feel threatened and afraid for your safety as a result of this incident, and I am here to offer some guidance.

Firstly, it is important to report this incident to the appropriate authorities, such as the police or the management of 7 Oaks. It may also be helpful to gather any evidence, such as witness statements or video footage, that can support your case.

If you are considering filing a lawsuit, you may want to consult with a lawyer who specializes in civil rights or discrimination cases. They can advise you on the legal options available to you and assist you in pursuing the best course of action.

It is also important to prioritize your safety and well-being in this situation. If you feel that your safety is at risk, you may want to consider taking steps to protect yourself, such as seeking a restraining order or changing your work location.

I hope that this information is helpful and wish you the best of luck in resolving this situation.
