Q: What is the law on taking pictures or videos of someone especially in an exposed position in Texas? W/out consent?
I was told I had a video or picture taken of me on a job site. It caused me to lose my job. After completing my duties I went to my private bunk house provided by the company on site. I fell asleep on the couch. I was awoken by the company man. He was yelling at me saying I was Jacking off. I corrected him with what I was doing. Scratching my boys . He yelled get off his rig. As I got up to gather my things he yelled again get off my site. I then walked to the door to put on my boots as he and another guy stood at the door he waited until I exited the door and yelled really loud "what the f*"k were you doing!!! You were in there f$_&:ing Jacking off!!!" I replied no I wasnt He said " you had your phone in your hand!". (There is more to this, this is pretty much the basic) I worked oil field in west Tx
