Q: And the family court ordered child support case if the plaintiff/ beneficiary abandons the child does that close the cas

I have a child support case in the Rears upwards of 41,000 the child is now 19 years of age his mother abandoned him when he was 11 years old and I've been raising him ever since I was in prison when she left him with the neighbors for a man that was abusive she has since then married and had more children with the man and moved out of state but the child support enforcement doesn't have that update and is currently garnishing my paychecks for minimum payments of $27 a month to pay off those arrears my question is if she abandoned him hasn't tried to reestablish any type of custody or contact other than a happy birthday post on social media everything about the case was fraudulent from the beginning I didn't sign any paperwork or agree to any obligations I never gave them my social either she did it without my consent
