Q: What to do when a Work Comp Dr. lies about my injury, then Insurance company stopped paying benefits ?

I was injured at work in late 2023 , I then began work comp and started receiving benefits. Then saw Dr. # 1 who lied and said I had no injuries.

Months later saw Dr. # 2 who finally said I am injured, put me on light duty, the problem is my company has no light duty jobs to offer me. 3 months later the insurance company hasn’t began paying me yet.

I then went to an IME who said I have two herniated discs as well as several disc bulges and said He’s willing to go to court for me.

I am now behind on all my bills and the insurance company still has not paid me after 3 months.

My question is legally how long can the Insurance company keep delaying paying me benefits before a judge decides or legally what are my options?

Legally when does the Insurance company have to begin paying benefits or are they able to avoid any future payments? As it seems they are trying to avoid any contact with answering me.
