Streeter, ND asked in Employment Law, Personal Injury, Civil Rights and Collections for North Dakota

Q: help please

hey I have a bill from AAA collections for $975.32 cuz I kept going to the emergency room cuz no one would fill my adderall wen I moved home from Los Angeles. I shouldn't owe any of these people anything had to resort to stealing it took being in a homeless shelter to get my script back. I could've went to prison for 15 years, I was on probation. I was self employed for 5 years I don't know how this could happen. there was some lawsuit with Minnesota Nashville and North Dakota over ads fear mongering adderall scripts. not filling my script should be against the constitution, pursuit of happiness. is there anything I can do? I used to do lyric videos for bands and record labels.
