Q: Where do I find an attorney for improper disposal of fetus
Hospital sent me home at 20wks to pass the fetus at home but gave me no direction for how to handle the tiny corpse. I wanted to bury it but funeral homes wouldnt help without documentation. I no longer trusted hospital and their lack of care for me being high risk and refusing to give proper care. I took fetus in ice chest to my moms a county away where funeral home said to call police to get documentation for burial purposes. Cops came out questioning me like I had done something wrong but sent a coroner. When I contacted coroner for more info on cause of death gender of fetus( which hospital wouldn't tell me from ultrasound either), I was told she didn't do autopsy or pathology on placenta, but medical wasted my fetus! I specifically told police I don't want anyone to take control of fetus unless I would be able to properly bury it. They agreed and had me to get checked at hospital while they waited with mother for coroner. I wasn't informed of anything after that. Who can help me
