Q: I bought something from Wayfair thinking the brand was Red Barrel Studio, however it’s branded as IRONCK.
I checked Red Barrel’s website and it’s very lazy. The address it has for the company doesn’t exist, no phone number. What I purchased isn’t there. Links to social medias don’t work. IRONCK’s website has the exact piece I bought and what I received. It all feels very sketchy. I took screen recordings. Wayfair seems to be a giant bait and switch company as Wayfair owns the Red Barrel Studio trademark. They also say all tools are included which is why I bought it, but the box says recommended with power tools. They put a nice name on it then send you something obviously foreign!
