You need to go see an attorney about this. There are not enough facts to make any conclusions.

There were witnesses and the ambulance took him and my dog to the animal hospital. The police came to the scene. what can I sew this party... View More

You can sue for the value of the dog in small claims court, most likely.
If I hit the back of a vehicle and no Offical document was written but I signed a plain sheet of paper saying "I take responsibility for the bump on your rear end" and the person isn't satistfy with the effort I make to fix the (minor) scrathes. What can the owner of the vehicle do... View More

You must report the accident to your insurance company. That is why you have insurance to begin with.

I was in an accident, stopped at a light, and a truck him my car from behind at the full posted speed limit (Possible Negligence?).
His insurance paid for my car, but was not enough to cover my medical bills as well.

Go see a personal injury attorney about this or ask your own attorney if you already have one.

Was a judgment entered against you for a car wreck you were in? If a judgment was entered against you because you had no auto insurance, then your license can be suspended unless you negotiate.

There is insurance, right? And you were authorized, right? Let insurance take care of the problem, you have to report it to them.

If I'm following your question right- you were involved in an accident, in your friend's car, which was under your friends control at the time of accident. If that is the case it is not your fault. But that doesn't matter now anyway, what does matter is you and your friends health.... View More

Sue the other driver and hope you don't get hit with violating Florida's Financial Responsibility Law.
The opposing insurer totaled her vehicle out and gave her a check, but the amount is not enough for a vehicle. my wife now has no car and no way of getting to school. is there any way for the driver at fault to be sued for grievance ?

What is it that you think "grievance" is? More facts are necessary here.

If you are sure you aren't injured and do not require medical attention it wouldn't be worth it. Property claims are simply enough, I'm sure you can handle it. Just don't forget to seek compensation for the diminished value of your vehicle.
If any issues arise seek... View More

Yes, hire an attorney and refuse to speak with the insurance adjusters, they are not your friends.

Yes, that is what it means, but usually you can pay over time to reduce the debt.

You are asking FL lawyers about NY law. It is better to ask a NY lawyer. But I will venture to say that you probably cannot do anything.

Perhaps. Asking us to answer a question without giving any facts is like asking grandma to make her famous meatloaf without meat.
