Q: Hello, I am the defendant in a negligence civil case involving a car accident

The plaintiff attorney used an unlicensed private investigator that collected electronic evidence from my vehicle to be used against me.

Can I sue the unlicensed investigator?

Can I file criminal charges?

Can I sue the attorney that retained the PI?

No, you should not speak directly to the insurance company, your lawyer should do all the speaking for you. At this point both applicable policies are looking for a reason to not pay you. Q: In Florida,driving a company vehicle, can the driver be sued for negligence in an accident if not found at fault ?

There were no working lights on vehicle in front of company vehicle when it made an abrupt slowing and right turn during a rainstorm and driver of company vehicle couldn't stop in time and struck the rear of other vehicle.

Q: I was in an motorcycle accident in Florida that was my fault & had no insurance. Do I need to purchase some now?

I was in an accident on a motorcycle where I couldn't stop in time and hit someone which made it my fault. Since I live in Florida and don't need insurance on a motorcycle, if I am at fault, do I need to purchase a motorcycle insurance policy and submit a SR22 form through the insurance company?

You needed to report the accident when it happened. I think you have 10 days to report it, but I am not positive of that time frame.
