Report the abuse to DCF. You need permission to move out.

He already is in trouble if the parents are trying to take it to court.

"Any trouble" yes. He may not be charged with the crime of sexual battery, but he will be sued for paternity at least.

That is called burglary of a conveyance, and the potential but unlike sentence is 5 years in prison. However, probation is the norm, not prison.
answered on Jan 22, 2015
It depends upon the actual facts, but generally the 21 year old will not be prosecuted for sexual battery.
I'm 15 and everybody I've asked has said that I don't have any rights, not one, but everything I've found says I do but nobody will believe me or even look to prove me wrong because they know I'm right. They won't believe me without a credible source, so a lawyer would be great.

Children have rights. But it depends upon the context. You have the rights that your parents choose to give you. In the bill of rights there are many, but namely freedom of expression and religion, and the right to possess firearms. You are not yet an adult and must do what your parents say, so... View More

You asked this question in the Florida forum. I think you should get advice from an attorney in Mississippi.

You should wait until you are both at least 18. It's a very big decision, not one to be made by minors who are still dependant upon their parents.

No. Are you kidding? Wait until you are 18, then you can do all of the idiotic things you want to do on your own.

I need more facts to answer this question. The age of consent is generally 16, and a person who is less than 24 may not be prosecuted for having sex with a 16 year old. Notice I wrote may not, each case is different, and I need to know the facts.
I was charged with possession of marijuana at around 13 y/o (6 month suspended license) and was charged again at age 15 and received a 2 year suspended license. I have never taken any tests or have any pemits to drive my question is do I need to activate the suspension or is it automatically... View More

You didn't say but you must have been convicted the second time around, which is an automatic two year suspension, which I assume prevents you from even applying.
I called his boss and he was replaced and made to say sorry to me. My question is what can I do to the school what if any laws did the break not checking with me before they let her go with him? They didn't even ask for any proof he was her po they just let him take her.

Go see a local attorney about this. You should see someone who knows how to sue the school board, but you have to give at least 6 months notice first.

You can be charged with sexual battery, a 14 year old does not have the capacity to consent to sex.
I would need the earliest age possible, we have had a past with cps. And I would be in a safe place not on the streets
Me and my girlfriend have been together for about a year already we started dating when I was 17 and she was 16 her mom said she would get me locked up if I got here pregnant.

You can get in trouble, the least of which would be contributing. Otherwise, you probably will not be charged with statutory rape, which in FL is called sexual battery, and which is an extremely serious crime.

If you are able to get married, your question is whether you can then move in with your husband. I suppose you could.
answered on Dec 21, 2014
No, you need your parents' permission. What does this doc say?
answered on Dec 12, 2014
Ask the attorney who represents you, it may not be automatic. You have to wait for 8 years after the completion of the sentence to apply to restore 2nd amendment rights and a number of years for other rights.

Why not wait until the girl turns 18? That is much easier if the parents will not consent and it seems unlikely to get emancipated prior to turning 18.
