Q: I started a job yesterday and only lasted one hour the boss told me this is as easy as it gets sorry to waist your time.

The company's application never ask about prior injurys.I've had a bad back and neck for years and the man that hired me knew that. And now my back and neck are re injured so I'm I on my own or can I go for workers comp even thoe I only lasted one hour?

My lawyer is telling me that workman's comp is going to ask for the money back for the care i received, and is going to take it from my settlement.
