Go see a worker's comp attorney. The insurance for one company probably does not cover what happens at another company.

Get an attorney on your side. It seems to me that since the injury occurred in MN, you need one there.

can they deny me without even talking to the dr.'s, I think I am being denied because I hurt myself on the job a year ago and had to have surgery.
