Unless he is engaged or married to you, you can not bring him here on your own. If he is not ready to get engaged or married, he can possibly apply for a tourist visa and come to the USA. But no you cannot use a family affidavit for your boyfriend unless you are engaged.

Q: Can I use I-797C or Letter from NVC as proof of approved I130 Petition?

My I130 petition was approved in 2013, but I only received an email for approval, not a hard copy.

I am now eligible to apply for AOS but I dont have the I797.

While it is ideal to have the approval notice, you may prove that the petition was approved using other means including those you mention. The petitioner may also file a FOIA to obtain a copy of the official approval.

Q: I have conditional 2years green card, petitioner withdraw the case before 2yr anniversary, can I divorce her & remarry

I have 2yrs green card, had problem with my spouse, he wrote to uscis & withdraw the case before 2yrs anniversary. Can I divorce & remarry another citizen. I don't have any document to prove the first marriage. Like rental agreement, tax filing, bank statement, utilities bills or pictures.

Q: My husband had a working visa before getting his green card through our marriage. Does he needs to change his passport?

Passport doesn't expire until 2017. But it has his expired visa in it. Does he need to get a new passport? Or can he travel with his current passport and his green card, and renew his passport after it expires?

Having an expired visa in one's passport is inconsequential when the person seeks to re-enter the U.S. with a valid passport and Alien Registration Card (a "Green Card").
