yes. Also charged criminally.

Q: 17 yr old being charged with theft of firearm and sale of it. They want to charge as an adult. What are options?

They say its a felony, he was on probation in the past. What can we do to help him. Also he was questioned without a parent

By touching a 12 year old, in anyway sexual (yes kissing can be considered sexual) you are potentially risking being labelled a sex offender the rest of your life.
