Q: Can a private towing company enter my vehicle without my permission to release the emergency brake to tow it?

A private towing company on a private apartment complex. Police are not present and I'm not parked in a firelane or near a fire hydrant. Just a regular parking spot. Signs are posted throughout saying I can be towed

As long as they didn't break in and damage the vehicle and were reasonable in what they did, yes. How are you damaged?

What do you mean by codical? There is no such word. Do you mean codicil? That is an amendment to a will. Usually, a codicil must be executed with the same formalities as a will. Or do you mean just a code? That would be the statutes of your state, and yes each state has statutes.
