Paid for trial service cash with verbal agreement to only do once (was new home owner). 4 mo later received invoice stating owe for 2 treatments. The invoice wasn't even left on my lawn - my neighbor brought it to me. How is this just?

When you have people do work for you, you have to pay them. If you do not pay them, they can sue you. It might not be worth it to sue you because they have to pay $340 to do that.

I just found out that there is lawsuit pending for this company. What should I do?
I ask her not to do it,but the title is also under my grandmothers name and she is using them to co sign on a mortgage so they need their credit clean. We did not make any contract and she went and pay it anyway without my consent and I rather pay the bank than her.Do I legally need to pay her back?
answered on Dec 26, 2014
Well, what do you think the right thing to do is? The would-be damage to your grandmother's credit was because of your inaction?
Can a 'lender/investor' put a variable lien on any judgment proceeds to help finance my lawsuit. They'd give me $50,000.

This is very complicated and you need an attorney on your side. You can claim up to a thousand dollars in a single motor vehicle as being exempt.
I tried getting in touch with them but have been unable too. Don't know if they are still in business.

Have you paid the amounts due in full? You probably need to file suit against them. Go see an attorney about this.

Yes, they can garnish your income once they obtain a final judgment against you, but you might be able to defeat that if you are the head of a family.
What happens afterwards?

If you have collectable assets the attorney will seek to collect them or look to garnish your wage.
