That depends on a host of issues, but chances are good that they will have a valid reason for searching there. Especially if the suspect was found in or near it.

What if he dropped a gun in your shed, wouldn't you want the police to retrieve it?

There are none that say the exact phrase "only the federal government can regulate commerce." But there are many which deal with this subject.

Illegal search here. The constitution protects against this. Hopefully, you have already gotten an attorney. Any evidence should have been suppressed.

Traffic stop. Some officers threaten you with bodily harm if you make complaint in regards to this search. Is this legal? What outside source can you file complaint with if not legal.

Racial discrimination would have to be brought within 2 years. If it is a crime, a first degree felony would have to be brought within 4 years, and all other felonies within 3. More facts are necessary to anwer this question
